💼 Accountant Clerk (01 Post)

• Graduate Degree (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc) from a recognized University
• Computer Knowledge – MS Office, Tally, Excel is mandatory

📊 Billing Clerk (01 Post)

• 12th Class Pass (10+2) from a recognized Board
• Billing Work Knowledge – Experience in billing, invoicing, and cash handling

🛒 Sales Assistant (01 Post)

• 10th Class Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized Board
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service work
• Good communication skills and customer dealing ability
• Physical fitness for standing and inventory handling work

📦 Store Holder (01 Post)

• 12th Class Pass (10+2) from a recognized Board
• Computer Knowledge – MS Office, Excel for inventory management
• Knowledge of store keeping, stock management, and record maintenance
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management will be an advantage

Step 1: Screening of Applications

Initial screening of all received applications (offline/email/in-person) based on eligibility criteria – age, qualification, and required documents. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted.

Step 2: Shortlisting of Candidates

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen and their dependents (DESM applicants). Civilian candidates will also be considered based on merit.

Step 3: Personal Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the URC 39 Gorkha Training Centre, Varanasi. The interview will assess candidate’s knowledge, experience, communication skills, and suitability for canteen operations.

Step 4: Document Verification

Verification of all original documents during interview including educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), age proof, experience certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, PPO & Discharge Book (for Ex-Servicemen), DESM certificate (if applicable), and identity documents.

Step 5: Medical Fitness Check

Selected candidates must be physically and medically fit as per the canteen standards. Medical fitness certificate may be required before final appointment.

Step 6: Final Selection & Appointment

Final selection will be based on interview performance and preference policy (Ex-Servicemen first). Selected candidates will be issued appointment letters for 11 Month Contract at Unit Run Canteen, 39 Gorkha Training Centre, Varanasi.
