๐ฅ NTA JEE Main Session 1 (January) 2026: Official Dates, Eligibility, and Fee Structure Announced!
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official Public Notice (dated October 31, 2025) and begun the application process for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026 Session 1. This exam is mandatory for admission to B.E./B.Tech. at NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and serves as the eligibility test for JEE (Advanced).
Candidates must apply Online only for Session 1 (January 2026).

Candidates must pay the fee online based on their category. The exact fee depends on the number of papers and sessions selected.

๐ Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply)
Candidates must meet the following criteria to appear in JEE Main 2026:

| Age Limit | No age limit for appearing in JEE Main. |
| Admission Eligibility (75% Rule) | To be eligible for admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, candidates must have secured at least 75% marks in the Class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards (65% for SC/ST categories). |

- Fill Form: Complete the application form, providing all necessary details.
- Upload Documents: Upload the required scanned documents, including your photograph and signature.
- Pay Fee: Pay the applicable examination fee online before the last date, 27 November 2025.
- Submit: Submit the form and download the confirmation page for your records.
